Shipping Policy

We manage and ship out orders every Monday, with a cut-off time of 6pm on Sunday (GMT+8). Orders received after this time will be shipped the following Monday.

We offer two shipping options: registered, and express. Registered airmail and express shipping both come with tracking.

If you wish to ship via other carriers like DHL, FedEx, or SF Express, please contact us by email or WhatsApp at +853 66970881 to make arrangements. 

Shipping times vary by destination country, and express shipping may not be available in all countries. Please contact us if you have any questions.

We offer free shipping for orders over 500HKD for customers in Macau, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

The shipping duration varies depending on the destination country. We provide estimated shipping times based on the most common destinations on our website. Please note that these times are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed.

If you choose registered airmail, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track your order. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Please note that all of our shipments come with tracking numbers and are registered post, but shipping times may vary depending on the destination country; and we may not have the authority to investigate lost or stolen packages, particularly for international shipments. If you have a delivery issue, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
