Return & Refund Policy

We only offer refunds if the item arrived damaged or defective. If this occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost. If a replacement item is not available, we will issue a refund instead.


We accept cancellations only before the item has been shipped. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. A 5% transaction fee will be charged for all cancellations.


We do not offer exchanges at this time.


Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please provide us with a photo of the item and its packaging as soon as possible. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item returned is not in its original condition or has been damaged by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages
Please note that all of our shipments come with tracking numbers and are registered post, but shipping times may vary depending on the destination country; and we may not have the authority to investigate lost or stolen packages, particularly for international shipments. If you have a delivery issue, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Product Satisfaction
We cannot issue refunds if the customer simply does not like the product. We encourage customers to carefully review product details and photos before placing an order.
